SQL 2000 Reporting Server Issue with Print Control

Just finished configuring SQL 2000 Reporting Server in Dev/Test/Production environment with issues with printing.  But when users tried to print they got the following error:

After installing the update on KB954609, I figured everything would work.  But I still did not have any luck; in my testing I found the issue was not with KB but with what version of Internet Explorer I was using to run the reports.  So I went on to other machines with various versions of IE; it worked successfully on IE6, IE7 (32-bit), and IE8 (32-bit).  But does not work on IE8 (64-bit); when you go to report server you get following message:

Even after click Install; I got the above error.   When I went back to reporting while troubleshooting, I tried to run report same dialog box popped up again.  So it seems like in IE8 64-bit edition, the Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Reporting Services Control RSClientPrint does not install successfully.  I have yet to find a solution for it but I thought I post about it so people don’t bang their head against wall as to why it is not working.
Problem: Cannot print reports on SQL Server 2000 Reporting Services.
Solution: Install KB954609, will fix issues with IE6, 7, and 8 [32-bit editions].  Still investigating issue for [64-bit edition].
