Just come from writing my 70-444 exam. I have to say I am glad I wrote the 70-443 first, because that test was ALOT of work. And this test felt like taking stroll in the park.
Even when reading the Self-Study book, I found I knew at least 9/12 chapters really well. The three chapters I read a little more carefully then rest were on Replication, Security Strategies and Detecting and Responding to Attacks.
I find 70-444 is testing you on more day-to-day activities which you need to be good at. Where as 70-443 was more on if a problem is given can you come up with a solution :).
This test only had multiple choice tests, with few questions where I had to drag and drop proper items in the dialog screen.
